Q. What is WhizReal?

WhizReal is a website solution specifically designed and programmed for Realtors®. At every stage of the development process, we worked with Realtors® to make sure WhizReal is EVERYTHING you want and need. It allows you to easily create your own professionally designed website that actively promotes your business, generates leads and streamlines processes saving you time.

Q. Does WhizReal have a mobile version for tablets and smartphone use?

Yes we do! Take your entire office with you wherever you go. Access your client database, manage your website, update listings and blog to your heart's content, all by logging on using your iPad or other tablet, smartphone, or from ANY computer!

Q. What are your operating hours?

Our telephones for technical or sales support are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. Email technical support and sales 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Q. How much does WhizReal cost?

There is a Free 30 Day Trial. Once you are satisfied you will be charged the monthly rate based on the package you choose. If you are not completely satisfied, you can cancel at any time with no financial penalty or cancellation fee.

Q. What forms of payment does WhizReal accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Remember you will not be charged until you have used your one month free trial period.

Q. How do I get billed?

Your company is invoiced every 30 days. We'll send you an email notification with a link to an invoice listing any fees incurred for that billing period. Your credit card will be automatically charged for any fees incurred.

Q. How long does it take to sign up and have a website?

We really don't want to waste your time - or money - which is why sign up takes just minutes. Once you're signed up, choose a theme and away you go!

Q. Can I edit the content on my website?

Yes. And it's so easy! You do not have to be a designer, or a programmer. We took care of all that for you by incorporating a very simple-to-use inline editor that allows you to type right on your website and click "Save" to make any edits instantly.

Q. Can I make my own pages and sub-pages?

You can customize your website by adding as many of your own pages as you like. The website can be as small - or content-rich - as you like. Plus you can instantly change page navigation or hierarchy. Simply drag and drop - we've made that easy for you too!

Q. What if none of the themes available expresses my marketing brand?

We have excellent designers on staff that can create a custom theme to fit your needs at an easy-on-the-pocket price. Pricing for custom designed websites are affordable but will vary according to need, so contact our sales team to learn more.

Q. What is a CRM?

Customer relationship management is a way to manage your interactions with your customers, suppliers and prospects. WhizReal CRM is an easy and effective method for you to organize both contacts and documents - plus interactions you make on a daily basis, saving time and reducing paperwork. It keeps you organized, for the ultimate in professionalism!

Q. What happens if someone fills out a form on my site?

The leads contact information will appear in your CRM and will be flagged to you for follow up. All of the information filled out on the form is automatically saved in your CRM, so you'll never be scrambling to remember a follow up again.

Q. Can I use my own images?

Yes, you can easily add your own images to any page or blog on your website. Think properties, you or your team, your local area - in fact anything you like. You can also organize them in your document library.

Q. Can I schedule email newsletters to be sent at a later time?

Yes you can schedule newsletters to be sent at any future date or time. If you have not completed a newsletter, you can save it as a draft so you can go back to finish editing.

Q. What is IDX?

IDX is an acronym for Internet Data Exchange. It is a type of data feed provided by your MLS membership. In some cases your MLS may require that you pay for access to this data feed, in other cases they don't. This data feed typically (but not always) mirrors the data available on your MLS's website. If your MLS provides access to this data feed, you may use that access to promote ALL listings on your website, not just your featured listings.

IDX is the policy instituted by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) to govern how MLS member participants can display active MLS listing information on their websites. In simple terms, IDX is the means of extracting the data from a Multiple Listing Service and delivering it to a website for public consumption. IDX is sometimes called Broker Reciprocity or IDD.

Q. I do not see my MLS board listed in the IDX?

If you don't see your MLS board listed, please contact our sales department via email and if possible we will look into adding your board to our list.

Q. Who can participate in IDX / Broker Reciprocity?

This depends on the rules established by your local board and/or multiple listing service. Since your board/MLS is independently governed, these rules might be different than rules of another boards and MLS's. Normally all Broker members (Participants) may participate in IDX/Broker Reciprocity. Agents (Subscribers) may, or may not, participate in Broker Reciprocity program depending on the rules. Sometimes individual agents can display IDX data directly on their personal websites with permission of their Broker, sometimes they cannot.

Q. How often do you update the data?

We get a new set of data every 24 hours. In some rare cases photos are delayed for more than 24 hours, only because they are not immediately available to us.

Q. What is SEO and why is it important to me?

SEO is an acronym for Search Engine Optimization. This is the process of structuring a web page so that it is found, read, and indexed by search engines (such as Google or Yahoo) in the most effective manner possible.

SEO is important to ensure your web site and its content is attractive, relevant and visible to search engines and web searchers. To put it simply, SEO allows potential customers to easily find your website on search engines.
